Since 2016 Plateau Group has been providing support in wide range of countries across all sectors of the global construction market. Our focus is to support funders, developers, designers, project and commercial managers in providing practical solutions to their development problems as well as enhancing existing asset value.
Our emphasis is on providing services to respond to the needs of individual clients at all stages of the development process with practical advice borne out of decades of global construction experience. Our services range from consultancy and strategic advice to enabling access to industry best practice and knowledge. We aim to present solutions which are workable and easy to implement whilst reflective of the local market conditions and contractual obligations.
Plateau Group’s strength lies in our ability to operate unrestricted by specific territorial boundaries and our team draws upon extensive global knowledge and experience. The industry knowledge and opinions we share through our Global Opinions blog, reflects a diversity of topics relevant to the global construction industry.
Plateau Group was founded and led by Steven Humphrey, a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years industry experience spanning projects all over the world. Other members of the consultant team come from a range of construction industry professional backgrounds as well as from academia.
